Peak Perfect offer Tiling, Bathroom fitting and plastering services in and around the Chesterfield area near the Peaks. 


Our services are based on our 6 "perfect" working practices: charity, honesty, understanding the customer, attention to detail, Motivation and punctuality. We call these perfect, because we believe all of these together are what is required to run a business that cares for its customers, and succeeds in its targets.


Charity - Every April, we will take a percentage of earnings for the year, after tax, and donate to local charities. Starting April 2017.


Honesty - All our prices are honest, no misleading or general figures. Most of our work is priced per meter, allowing us to be highly accurate in our estimates. Nothing is hidden and we openly talk about how a price was calculated with our clients. 


Understanding - We can not imagine a worse case scenario than something being fitted where the customer hadn’t intended (wrong height or not centre or even wrong wall etc). We constantly communicate with our clients to ensure they are happy. We try to understand your needs and ask for your opinion when siting various fixtures. 


Attention to detail - We don’t rush the small stuff. Every detail matters to us, weather it is accuracy in our estimates or the quality of our grouting.


Motivation - We love what we do, and we love making customers happy. This gives us a lot of motivation, to ensure we keep providing a great service and to work towards improving it in the future.


Punctuality - We offer an ETA service (run by Waze), which sends our expected arrival time for every journey we make. We will never be late (if we can help it), but should we be stuck in traffic you will be able to follow the delay on our twitter page @peakperfecteta
